Even more frustration.....When I purchased my home in Vegas back in November of 2011 I had to exchange at least 250 phone calls plus emails in order to get close MY OWN loan. The original loan processor assigned to my mortgage didn't even reach out to me until a few days before I was supposed to close. I've read so many posts about their ""fax to computer system"". They lost or never received every single financial document that they requested and I had complied with every request within 48 hours. Finally, I was told by another BOA employee that my loan processor ""disappeared"". Is that a professional word to use when telling me how badly they suck? He apparently quit or got fired in the middle of processing my loan. From what I've heard each loan processor is trained for about 4 weeks and then they are handed about 200 files to close. I had to fax and refax all my documentation at least 4 separate times. I was forced to live in a hotel for ten extra days due to them.

Is anyone's loan modification working out?
