B of A closed my personal and business accounts and also my safety deposit box and two credit cards. I had my personal account for 20 years ! This is how they say thank you? The best part is they state they don't haqve to have a reason and its against policy to tell you a reson ! I have done NOTHING. My accounts are all in good standing. It's like B of A says F U !!!! I would never treat anyone like this. Anyone else with this problem? I want to picket and/ or go to the news. I want people to know how they treat their customers ! without our voice people won't know

yeah, they just did that to me also and I have had 6 accounts with them for 10 plus years. No reason at all but I am definitely going after them legally because they need to be closed down! There are so many lawsuits against them for bad business practices too!!

BOA just closed all my accounts also. I got a letters in the mail saying they are closing my safe dep box, checking and savings accounts. The branch has no idea why. The manager gave me a number to call. After calling they gave me no information just that they are within there rights to do so.
