Has anyone heard of BOA sending a repersenative to your home to review modification options with you? I have been trying to get BOA to do a modification of my mortage since my husband lost his job. It has been two years now and i have yet to hear any thing. I reached out to this law group for assistance and they scamed me out of my money, so i have been trying to work with BOA on my own for over a year and they actually set me up with a trail period that i could not afford they only took a hundered dollars off my mortage like that realy made a difference. i had to down size every thing i own pluse eliminate all other bills just to make the trial payments. Now i am down to nothing but my basic light, gas, water and credit card bills. I have nothing left to cut but my house, so I then reached out to NACA save the home program and they submitted a modification process to BOA and I havent heard anything. Now i recieved a package in the mail stating that a repersenitive will be coming out to my home to review modification programs with me to see if they can help me keep my home. Alone with the package was some forms that they want me to complete and sign. Looking at the forms it appears to me that they wants me to sign off on a quick sell, but yet you are supose to be helping me keep my home. Has any one heard of this?
