New Here -- in search of agreement

New to forum -- and having a few problems with BOA myself.
Had a Platinum Plus Visa opened in 2006. No longer active. I am paying off but they claim that they can charge and overcharge according to the "terms and agreement" but of course I cannot find the original one that came with the card.
I called them and they will not send me a new one.
Does anyone have one to email me? Surely would appreciate it.
