Due to all the stress at BOA, there have been 3 associates that have had major heart issue's and about 12 that have had mental breakdown's and that is just in the market where I live. They push for the bottom line and threaten you with your job on a weekly basis. I am here to tell you that corporate america will kill you if you let them. Is there anyone else out there that is seeing the same thing, or has seen it during their time at BOA? Believe me there is life after BOA, even in this tough ecomony. What's more important you job or your life?
BofA is the best thing career wise that has ever happened to me. I'm a manager in presale foreclosure, the senior managment is among the best I have ever worked with. Everyone that I have ever come in contact with has been amazing and really care for the associates and costumers. I'm very shocked at what a lot of people say about Bank of America, I have recieved 1 promotion and 4 raises with one soon to come in 1 1/2 years at BAC. I think some people are just born to start trouble and can never be happy, and some may just run into bad people sometimes.
