Online Transfer trouble
  • Hey I need some help regarding the online transfer between 2 bank of america customers...

    a couple of days ago, i tried to make a transfer and as you know, BOA uses your plastic or safepass to authorize the transfer...I tried to authorize the transfer with my debit card which wasn't activated (which i later found out) but by the time i activated it i had exhausted the number of attempts..I then received an error message telling me that i have exceeded the number of attempts and that i had to call 1800.933.6262 to unlock the authenticate panel...I later called the number and the person on the other end told me that the panel would be reset after 24 hrs...

    Its been 36 hrs, nothings changed and I need to make the transfer urgently...

    I am currently in India and calling the bank again and again is a tedious process...

    If anyone has gone through this and knows if in the panel does get reset after 24hrs or if there's something they can do on their end pls let me know...
