Movie in the development stage seeks former employees of BOA
  • We are looking for former employees of BOA, who are honest, forthcoming and have factual information regarding the inner atmosphere of the evil empire. Information about your experiences, how you left BOA, insights on how they really feel about customers, handle mortgages, investors, the truth, views on their close relationship with politicians-names would be helpful and any other information that can really shed light on this hell on earth organization.

You will have the option of revealing yourself on-screen or you can be blocked out and audio altered to disguise your indentity.

Our goal is to show that Congress, the Attorney Generals, agencies such as the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, HUD, FDIC and others condone the tactics used by the bank and other Wall Street establishments including fraudulent paperwork and improper foreclsures and whether or not they truly fear the government or own it as we presume they do.

We want ot expose them at their worst and that can be really over-the-top, we are sure.

You must fill out an application with us and a waiver that your are not and never were a law enforcement officer or detective working for the government-state, federal or local munipalities and that you are not working as an informer for the banks, otherwise you will leave yourself open to prosecution. We want individuals that are going to help America remove the sharks in both tanks-Washington D.C. and Wall Street.

Contact us online here and indicate briefly what you can offer. You will be paid a modest fee for your help on getting America back on it's feet and hopefully stem the tide of foreclosures by way of fraud, corruption and greed.
  • Good luck with this one.... Your not going to find to much info on this subject that is actually true. Facts are that the executives down to the associates care about the customer and take great pride in completing their work with tremendous accuracy. The only people you are going to find are the disgruntled bad employees that deserve what they got. The effort that each associate, manager, and executive that go into helping our customers is 2nd to none.
  • I'll give ya all the s*it you need to know. Trust me when I say that,
  • I can give you so much information because of the problems I have had. It is no wonder I haven't commit suicide. I have to take two elevals and two Abiens in order to keep head on.
  • BOA  are trying to steal my home.   I know that now.  They turned me down twice on a affordable home modification in a period of 2 1/2 years.  Turn me down on refinance, After lying to me and advising me I would have to be 3 months behind on my mortgage note in order to qualify for the Obama Affordable Home Loan Modification. They couldn't wait to send me a approval on this modification.  I rejected their offer because they were adding monies to my principal, refuse to give credit for Octobers Mortgage note.  They offered a 4.8% loan only for my first mortgage.  I was only saving $65.00 a month plus they increased my escrow an extra $5.00 per month.  Just for the record my credit was 802 before I started believing all their lies.  They claim my credit back in June was a 651 but I checked my credit score in March and that's where got the 802.  Now their claiming my credit score is 667 and I just checked it November 18, 2011 and my score is 729.  They have also put a late fee on my account for $32.50 for five months.  I called every month trying to get them to remove that late fee and they finally did after 5 months.   Now my credit score shows 4 payments behind on my mortgage notes.  It just goes on and on.   I sent them November payment on 15 th of November and they claim they never got it.  Plus then I saw on my internet account that they received that note on November 21, 2011.  I verified this information with my account manager and he claims it was received on the 15th.  Plus I paid that with bill pay through my bank and it show it was paid on the 15 th of November 2011 with their confirmation number.
This thing just goes on and on and on.  Now there pushing me to do a Forbearance program , Deed in Lieu or a The Fannie Mae Deed-for-lease program.   All three of them will steal my home.  Plus on the top of this letter says Please call us by December 16, 2011 to discuss other options to avoid foreclosure.  Of course I am not behind on mortgage notes.  Too hard to explain this especially with me being on Disability, and a complete basket case over this complete ordeal.
  • Where do I sign up??
  • Yeah, where do we sign up? I'm sure you'll find at least 40,000 stories to tell
  • I'll help make sure this is a success and I am an ex employee.  BOA actually suggested I take a LOA and gave me all the guidelines, explaining that I had to be absent before I could make that request.  They never mentioned if it was denied, then I lose my job.
  • Yep...where do we sign up? I've got a bit to share (including both internal BofA violations and OCC violoations).
  • I am a former loan officer of several years who recently resigned from B of A's very inadequate Home Loan division. I have a lot to offer on this subject and have evidence to back up my claims about this company who in my opinion has no business being in the mortgage business.
  • former Senior HR leader that has seen lots, happy to shed light

    great cause, great movement

we need a petition for the bank to change its name, it denegrates America by having that in its title. And clearly does not represent " the bank of america"...
