Wow, so sounds like you were looking for a fight from the begining. You called in to cancel the card ( 1 phone call) they got the job done. BofA made a mistake and charged you a dollar fifty, you made your 2nd phone call and began to cuss out the CSR over a dollar fifty that was removed and taken care of by the bank.... So just to recap, you where furious because you had to make 2 phone calls to the bank and then began to verbally abuse the rep.... Come on people, really! How about having a little paitence and treating people with respect, this is why our world is becoming so bad, no one cares about anyone anymore. This is terrible!
