Helllo everyone.

I am currently employed with BofA and have been for quite some time. I am a mortgage loan officer and in the coming weeks I will be exposing them for what they are. I look forward to answering questions and being truthful with everyone. What's happening right now should be heard by everyone.

I will dive more into this tonight when I get home from work. I just can't sit by and do nothing while this bank charged their own loyal customers almost 1.0% higher than they could get elsewhere. What a travesty. People don't shop the rates because of the sales people telling them lies and the borrower thinking that their own bank is looking out for them.

Are you on blueprint and being forced to use ntart form so borrower will check on lender preferred closing agent so the can pocket ( monopoly ) the whole industry?

I currently work for the mortgage call center in collections. Now this is my first experience in a call center and it is ridiculous. I hate it everyday. My managers talk down to me but in the same breath they use me to help THEIR associates. They will not help me move up in the company because i am a high performer. They need their collectors. But if I dont perform I will get fired.
about a year ago I had gotten on a final written for my absences. My absences had occured in the month of october due to an illness. The very next month a leave was started and I had surgery. The leave was retrodated and they still wrote me up for that! I hate that place soo much. You can never get vacation when you want. And now they have started to take holidays away!!!!
