BofA really sucks balls. I lost my job this week. They are really looking to shitcan (FIRE, not lay of) everyone they can so they don't have to pay severence.
I'm actually glad to be out of that shit hole and speak my real mind.
Im sorry big jim, hopefully it's the best thing that ever happened to you. Leaving BOA for me was a step in the right direction. Being unemployed was less stressful than working there. Try smaller locally owned banks and credit unions, where they actually care about the customer and the employee. At BOA you are not a person, you are just a number and a sales machine. Best of luck to you BigJim.
@jappypants In a way you are right. While I do not enjoy being out of work, it is a big RELIEF to not hurt people any longer. I have a good shot at a company (NOT a bank) that HELPS people. So wish me luck. I want that career.
But if not, and my employment is long and sustained, I'd much rather be homeless, live in a tent, and eat out of garbage cans, then to get one more paycheck from that wretched company BofA and destroy more lives.
A lot of you may not believe in God, but I do.And I think He got my butt out of there.
I lost my job today and .....I'm not sad at all. I will be doing everything in my power to ensure that this bank is exposed for the criminal activity they do on a daily basis. Lying to homeowners- not telling them about the modification being cancelled so the homeowner is unable to us the appeal the are rightfully entitled to. The robo signing of documents and notes in our system that are placed there robotically after the fact to try to cover the banks behind. I am tired of "not being liked" because I educated homeowner on the lies that were being told. In addition, I was organizing a union due to the unfair practicing.
