Can't reach my account manager to make first loan modification payment
  • I received a letter from BoA that I was finally approved for a loan modification. My first payment is due today. The letter stated I could make my payment by phone, without any fees. I have been calling the 800 # since Tuesday and all I get is my account manager's voicemail. I left her a message 2 days ago, yesterday, and today and haven't heard back. On her voicemail message, it gives the name of her supervisor with a phone #. I called the supervisor and got yet another voicemail. I left her a message as well. Her message also has the # of yet another supervisor. Does this ever end? Does anyone know a number I can call to get a live person? I'm afraid if I can't get my payment in today, that they will deny my modification. I didn't have the money in my account until 2 days ago to pay this or I would have mailed a check.
  • Here is the deal- They do not WANT to let you make that first payment so they can say you defaulted. I have seen it a million times.
