Howdy Group,

Does any one have the Name and Address of the
Office of the General Counsel, Bank of America, Mortgage and Home Loans?
I believe that their main office is in Simi Valley, CA but they could
run all of their "legal" through the Office of the Chief General Counsel
in Charlotte. 

I ask because I need to file an official notice
and it involves a mortgage that is going into default and potential
foreclosure and involves bad documents that were file 8 times by Bank of
America which resulted in nearly $89,090 in costs that Bank of America
ran up and for which they have admitted to and done so in writing in
nearly 643 emails.  But, legally, notice must be given to the Office of
General Counsel for Home Loans and Mortgages and needless to say,
getting that out of these people is like anal surgery during a power
failure.
