I received yesterday three letters regarding my 3 checking accounts ! I was stunned because I am in axcellent standing with them .. I was shocked to learn today that they closed my four credit card account ( Also zero balance - always paid the statements in full because it is against my faith to deal with interest ) . one of my credit cards had $35,000 limit . My oldest checking account was opened in 1989 .
I called the number on the letters ( 1-980-386-8908 ) and left a message . They did call back to tell me that they are sorry but can't do anything about my situation because the dcision is by some one higher .
I am also very frustrated because this is going to damage my credit.

I do not know why you defend BOA with zero knowledge about my case . It seems that you guys have an agenda or perhaps get paid by BOM for your postings . I am telling the truth in the fact that I have EXCELLENT credit ,you can believe what I am telling you .. or you do not have to believe .. it is a free country ! .
In my case I will not suffer that much, because I have accounts and credit cards with other banks . In fact I use the Discover card for most of my credit card usage ( Not issued by BOM ) .
It will be only inconvenient at the begining because I have automated monthly payments for my bills deducted from one of my accounts with them . Lastly , I want to state that I will never have them as my banker . ever !
